A Fun Day Once Again
Some Questions and Some Fun… Took most of the day off to play. And got into some warmth. Amazing how the long winter here is still affecting us. It felt great to go over to the valley with the 90 temps because here it was gray and 61. Normally I like the temperature. Just needed a touch of warmth today. And I got to do some picking. The really fun find this time was about 60 kids and young adult books for the store. $15 for all of them. Not Many Signed Up
AUGUST ONLINE WORKSHOPS STARTING… As is normal for August, very few people are signed up for the online workshops. They start on Tuesday and I think the list of workshops is a pretty good one, honestly. But summer seems to not allow people to spend the extra three hours a week or focus on the workshops. Starting In July… We have put together two great new online workshops. Depth #3: Research and Writing Fantasy. Both of these are going to be great fun for me and Kris. And I’m going to have fun recording these as well. I think the Research workshop might be one of the most important ones we will do, considering how many times we have been asked about it. Deadlines
I Had A Deadline… Plus a number of the specials deadlines are about to expire. I hit my deadline, but for the third night in a row I didn’t get to do any short story reading. This weekend I sure will get caught up, which will be fun. And I didn’t do any writing either besides nonfiction writing for the deadline. I hope to finish the novel this weekend. I also hit my quarter mile run today, plus a total of five miles milage. Tomorrow a half mile. I stayed at my lower level this second progression because the first time through turned out to be so tough. No point…
