Searching for Art
Hours Spent… I finished my short story fairly early tonight, so was going to go get some sleep but then decided to check our account on Deposit Photos and discovered that I was going to lose my monthly number of art downloads if I didn’t use them in the next ten hours. Yikes. So for two hours tonight I downloaded art that I might use for February stories that I haven’t done covers for. Didn’t end up using all of the credits, but used a bunch of them. Eyes just ran out of gas (or something like that.) And don’t forget that the fantastic Cattitude Storybundle only has five days…

A Great Reason For Almost Missing This Blog…
I Was Reading a New Fey Novella… And I got caught up in it and suddenly realized as I stood to go to the rest room that I hadn’t written a blog yet. Yes, this novella is the one for the Kickstarter, and I’ll do an update through Kickstarter as to when those of you who backed that will get the novella. And the workshop and stuff. Kris tells me she is close to also finishing at least one new Fey novel. (Yes, she writes more than one book at a time.) And all this on our anniversary. Fun day. Something Added to Motivational Mondays
Three Learning and Motivational Videos Every Monday Morning… And the first ones are about to go up, since it is now early Monday morning. Filler Tonight
Just to Keep the Blogging Streak Alive… Night like tonight I wonder why I bother, but this streak after nine-plus years of not missing a day doing a blog is so powerful, I have to acknowledge it. Annoying. Granted, I am writing here, but can’t begin to tell you how many times I wished this streak was nine-plus years of fiction writing without missing a day. Maybe that will be part of the new challenge for 2022. More than likely not.
