Why That Art on the Top of this Web Site?? To start off, that art is by the fabulous Philcold, who does all of the art for my Seeders series. The art up top here is on the cover of my Thunder Mountain novel called Melody Ridge that I wrote back in 2018. But that novel is much more than another Thunder Mountain time travel novel. A Couple of Photos
And A Cat Picture… We are in the final stage of moving, basically getting some boxes of books on shelves and putting up art. The art is taking some time because some of it we can’t put in some places because it is original signed art and we have far, far too much bright light. And we have a ton of concrete walls. One such concrete wall is between two massive windows on our main floor (our condo is two floors) in our main living room (we have three living room areas). Worked All Day On Kickstarter and Move
And I Also Put Together an Issue of Smith’s Monthly… And finished a novella. Yeah, sort of a busy day. (Giant understatement.) With Kris’s pushing to keep us on schedule, we spent part of a second day just sorting art. I didn’t realize just how many signed pieces of art we have, not counting things like monster movie posters (originals in good shape) from the 1960s. (I will sell those eventually.) And maybe a good 100 Pulp magazine cover art, reproduced on cloth. All going to storage. So much of our even signed art is just going into storage. We have a stunning amount of room for art in our…
