Saturday Night Filler
Giving Myself a Rest… Yeah, I know. Shocking for a person who basically works from morning to late at night seven days a week all year. But just completed a ton of projects, starting a few others, so figured I would just give myself a day. I sort of got the hint when I took a second nap that I might need some down time. You think? Taking Another Rest Day
I Got All Regular Assignments Done… Will finish tomorrow some assignments and letters I am behind on, then read some stories I just found from the Space Opera class that I haven’t read yet. I will do those tomorrow as well. But tonight I am going to just rest, go watch a movie, get a good night’s sleep. Nothing wrong. I know people worry that when I say I am not working until three in the morning I must be sick. But nope, just learning to take some time away from this computer a little more. One More Day
Decided to Rest One More Day… Don’t worry, not sick or anything, just trying to take some time away from my normal 14 hour days of going all the time. Kind of had a hunch I needed to do that when I started falling asleep every time I sat down. But still today I ended up recorded a bunch of videos for the Short Story Study Along and answered a bunch of email and even read a few short stories. And got most of my steps in as well. A Day To Rest
Well, Sort Of… I got thinking back to the last time I took a day off and neither Kris nor I could remember. Maybe a year? Maybe longer. And realize I don’t mean working five days a week. I go at this stuff from right after I get up to early hours of the next morning. Seven days a week. I haven’t even played a hand of tournament poker in over a year.
