Wonderful Day!!!

I Got To Work All Day!!

I can not begin to tell you how rare that is. It is so rare from the last three or four years that I noticed it today. Nothing good or bad happened and I just got to work and not do anything special for any reason.

Here is how the day went. Got up after eight hours sleep and Kris and I headed out to lunch for her and breakfast for me. A wonderful place called Bagelmania. I don’t get near their fantastic sandwiches which are HUGE, just an egg bagel and soup. Wonderful!!

Then we came home and Kris went off to do her stuff and I did mine, working on my collections, on Kickstarter, and later on I did three covers for Kris’s short stories. I ended up taking one short nap and one longer one, cooked dinner, watched an hour of television and local news and weather over dinner and back into my office.

Now here it is almost 3 am and I have not had to do anything but work on stuff I want to work on like covers and my collections and such.

So I hope today is a sign of the world to come. I know it won’t be completely. But after the last four years, I just want to get back in shape, work in my office on my projects, and enjoy life. Had a day like that today. See if I can string a few together. (grin)
