SERIES COLLIDES KICKSTARTER Ends Tonight

Ends at 7PM West Coast Time…

There are two very special workshops only available in this campaign. How to Write Series Endings and also How to Write Cross-Genre Series. And the stories you write for both I will look at, if you want me to, for Pulphouse Fiction Magazine. These workshops will have sessions in February and are three weeks long.

The tag line on this campaign is… 2 WRITERS, 36 SERIES, 100 STORIES

Kris and I know how to write and teach series, so don’t miss these. Ends at 7PM tonight

The Series Collide Kickstarter. It also has stretch goals that allows backers to submit stories to Pulphouse Magazine in February, March, April, and maybe more. And all five of the Collides Series are available, over 520 stories, half from me, half from Kris.

So help us pass the word. Take a look! This is a good one. Look at the fun video at the bottom of this blog that Kris did.

And for a few more days only until the workshop here ends on Thursday, as an early-bird discount, the normal workshop fee of $750 is $600. If you sign up and pay in the next few days. Save $150.

Also, for the first time since 2018, we are offering a lifetime subscription to In-Person classes. This includes all craft nd the Anthology workshop and any other in-person classes we do into the future. (This is never given away as a challenge reward on Teachable.)

And credits from Teachable or the Everything Subscription on Teachable do NOT apply.

The cost for a Lifetime Subscription to all In-Person workshops is $3,000. This also includes a Lifetime Subscription to the Study Alongs which costs $1,500. Write me if interested and also write me to sign up for any of the In-Person workshops…

And note, Kris and I were talking about doing a class on Licensing In-Person right ahead of the Licensing Expo in late May of 2026. Not scheduled yet, but would be added into the Lifetime to In-Person subscription of course.

MENTORS…

The offer that Kris and I extended earlier this week on mentorships is still available. No one yet has said anything. See the blog for information and write me if you have questions.

Story #14 on Day #14

Thank heavens I got a little done earlier in the evening on the story. The day with the workshop was fun. Lunch with the writers was fun, and also a bunch of business stuff, and then Kris and I walked to get doughnuts to get some of our steps in. I took a short nap and then cooked dinner.

Then up here doing workshop stuff. At one point I realized I needed to start a story, so back I went and fired up a Mary Jo Assassin story from I title I don’t like now.

Got back to the story at 2 am and finished it with a quick break at 2,400 words. I really, really need to spend more time earlier in the day on the stories.

After the workshop I will start getting the stories to Kris in the first 10-Story collection and get it on my Patreon and so on. But I first need to do covers, which will be a relearning curve. But fun.

Here is the cool video that Kris did for the Series Collide Kickstarter. Might have to click twice to play it. Remember the campaign ends tonight (Wed) at 7 pm West Coast Time.
