Some Campaigns I Think Are Worth Backing Or Studying Or Both!
I do this every Friday when I have a few campaigns I think are worth putting here.
I will not say much negative about a campaign. If there is too much or it is going to fail, I won’t post it here. Also, I am not posting campaigns that are only for very pretty books. They are not good examples to study and unless you are a collector of the genre or author, not worth backing.
And for those wondering where I get off judging Kickstarter campaigns by fiction writers, I have now done 60 of them, every one funded and made money. My first campaign was in the very early days of Kickstarter. But if yoy are going to study campaigns that I have done, study the last year or so. I am continuing to learn.
And like some people browse and waste time on Facebook, I browse and waste time looking at campaigns on Kickstarter.

Flame & Dagger: Epic Romantasy Limited Edition Early Release by Lisa Silverthorne
Enemies to Lovers, Prophecy, Apocalyptic Stakes, Brooding Hero, Elemental Magic, Secret Identity, Forced Marriage, Book 3 Curse & Crown.
Lisa is not only one of the best fantasy writers working today, but also one of the best artists and cover designers there is. Bookvault uses her covers with her permission on their web site to show how wonderful special books can be done.
This campaign fired off at a great pace, funding in less than an hour and getting the Kickstarter “Project We Love” seal of approval. You really want to study and back this campaign. It is amazing and so well done all the way.
I am a major fan of Lisa’s work and her writing and her amazing storytelling ability. You can not go wrong getting this book to not only study her designs, but to read the great story.

This campaign got off to a great start, funded quickly and went right past some stretch rewards. This is a really well done campaign for five books in an omnibus, or you can get the books.
I have read a lot of Kari’s work and it is stunning and great stories.
Lots of great stuff in here and worth studying and backing. Take a look!!

Second Chance Charms: An Urban Fantasy Novel With Heart by Karen Healey
Parks & Rec meets urban fantasy in magical Manhattan, where solving nonprofit problems involves vampires, werewolves, and fae!
This is a really nice urban fantasy novel project out of New Zealand about Manhattan and fantasy and it looks nice. It is doing really well and funded and the art and description in the story is very clear. This is worth studying and backing.
I have no memory of reading anything by Karen, but she seems to have a lot of fans so I just might grab one of these to enjoy.
