Great Way To Lose A Day…
I Am Not Complaining in the Slightest…
Just making note here and how this fun Tuesday just vanished.
Started off with me checking my email earlier than I should have and seeing news that just almost knocked me down it was so good. As I said last Tuesday with all that good news, a ton of stuff Kris and I had been dealing with just vanished last week and then finally today the last of it just went “ppof” in one simple email.
Wish I could say more, but trusted friends who have stood with us know what happened and past that we are saying nothing. But tomorrow morning, for the first time in years, I can crawl out of bed with my only focus being writing and publishing and cleaning up the last bits of the remaining problems with WMG.
So Kris and I spent a few hours talking about what had just happened, doing a lot of laughing and giggling, and calling a few close friends, and then I took a nap, Kris wrote, and we left shortly for lunch with other friends and then an Ace’s basketball game.
Great pizza and I ate way too much. I wasn’t even that upset that the Aces played like a college team and got beat. No big deal after the good news of earlier. In fact I am not sure how much of the game I was really paying attention to.
So now I am here in my office after 1 am, still chuckling to myself and shaking my head at how if you just keep going forward, things do clear eventually. I hope to get a few things done yet tonight, but more than likely it will be very little.
But tomorrow I can really get focused. And that is going to feel so, so great. Now I might actually hit my challenge for the year.

That’s amazing Dean. Congratulations. I’m glad it’s all finally over for you both.

Congratulations and best of luck. Maybe a little of your good fortune will rub off on those of us who could also use some.

Congratulations, Dean!
Decks clear of problems and ready to get on with life… wow. I hope to be there one day, sigh.

Oh, you will be. Trust me. Been where you are at and there is life after… I honestly never expected this mess to really end. But then it just did. Weird, but great fun.
