Deciding on a Challenge

DIE HARD… Well, The Kris and Dean Show Does DIE HARD is finished and all up. 30 videos. Going to take those who signed up hours to go through it. Took us a bunch of hours to record it. Great Santa Run
I Walked, as Did Most… Somewhere between 3-5 thousand people and kids and dogs all dressed in identical Santa suits, filling the streets of downtown Las Vegas with a 5K charity run/walk. Stupidly fun. I got up way to early for it and never really recovered today, so doing a short blog tonight with a few pictures and calling it a night. But I did manage to watch the Oregon Ducks game since Kris and I used to live in Eugene. The Power of a Streak…
I Get Reminded of Streak Power At Times… Especially on a Friday night, after a stupidly difficult week. Why? Because I have a streak of blogging every night. And wow does this streak have power. No chance on the planet would I be at this computer tonight without this streak. But tonight is day 3,920 WITHOUT MISSING A DAY… That is flat nuts, But here I am. And sometime in March if my math is correct, if the streak does not get broken, I will pass 4,000 days without missing. Internet outage before hot spots, dozens and dozens of power outages, crashed computers, me in the hospital twice. Never missed.…

Our Holiday Traditions…
I Like This Time of Year… Over the years here in Las Vegas, Kris and I have developed some really fun holiday traditions. We start off the holiday season with the Glittering Run 5K charity event, walking and running 5K through a billion holiday lights. That is always before Thanksgiving, but a great start. This year I walked it while enjoying all the families around me, but also an amazing cup of hot chocolate. Then around the first of December we go to storage and dig out all the holiday decorations. Trying Something Old/New Tomorrow, if the schedule allows, I am headed with a friend to hit a few golf balls. Now understand, way back in time I used to be a PGA professional and I could play pretty well for the time. But for the last number of years, I have not hit a golf ball and am not sure if I can. Why? Lost a lot of my vision two years back. Last year I smashed up my shoulder and it is now titanium.
