Three New Collection Classes Are Up…
Pets, Spies, and Space Opera
Those are the three topics for the nine week collection classes that have started in 2022. Pets starts in January, Spies starts in March, and Space Opera starts in May.
Also all six of the 2021 Collection Classes have sessions in 2022 as well. Their themes are Portals, Heroes and Heroines, Private Eyes, Holiday, Fantasy, and Relationships.
I will have the last three new ones posted in the next few days, along with a bundle that you can get all six new ones for the price of five. There is already a bundle there for the first six.
In these classes you learn in general how to start collections, you write five stories, one per week for the collection, do a cover and layout and sales and table of contents, and then on the last week publish the collection. And if you hit all the assignments, you get a Pop-Up of your choice as a bonus.

Also interesting to me is that the Making a Living Writing Novels has no one signed up in January. In fact, all of the January regular workshops have very few signed up and they start in a week. Recently signed up for Writing into the Dark! I’m signing up the Speed workshop in February thanks to the sale.
I did the math and if I can increase my word count by 300 on a consistent daily bases, I’ll have a decent collection of short stories in a month. Roughly 7 or 8.
The math really doesn’t lie. The possibilities are truly endless when you sit down, focus, and allow yourself to have some fun 🙂
