    The 67 Challenge: Book One

    Going Fine So Far… Some of you might remember that back toward the end of October I set up a challenge for myself for my 67th year. I am 67 years old and decided I wanted to try to publish my age. Golfers try to shoot their age, so I figured why not?     Refocus on Running Day 2

    Refocus on Running Day 2 Hit only five  miles for a second day. As I said before, for a few days here I will focus on on this gaining distance until Sunday and then will expand this blog back out more. But right now I need to be focused on the running.     A Regular Sunday

    A Regular Sunday Writers meeting with just a few writers today until after four, then I headed out for a walk with a half mile of running in the middle, then back to the office to work on workshop stuff until time to go home at 7:30 to nap and then cook dinner. Spent the evening on workshops and other things, then watched a bunch of television.
