Yup, I Managed It… 19 minutes and 48 seconds per mile average.  I actually ran three very short spurts in smooth areas to see what it felt like. What it felt like is that I am 20 pounds too heavy. Kris did really well and got 3rd in her age group. I got second in my 70-79 age group, with only three of us out there. And out of 300 hundred or so runners, I was the oldest.
