Seems All Quiet…

I know a bunch of people are just waiting to see if their private business information will be made public and what, if anything, the big companies will do about it. I doubt Data Guy will reverse his business plan at this point.

So no updates. I know a few people asked. I am not pushing, just waiting. And doing writing and publishing stuff. (grin)

    I doubt he’ll change any plans until and unless Amazon bites his head off. I think this is misuse of proprietary information, and grounds for legal action. But IANAL. Some indies seem to be okay with this situation, but frankly, I don’t like the idea of him getting access to data Amazon says I can’t have (like, how well I do compared t comparable books — and that ranking thing is basically useless, because I don’t know how Amazon figures it, exactly.

    But, hey. I’m usually the odd one out, so take that for what it’s worth.
