Kickstarter Friday
Some Campaigns I Think Are Worth Backing Or Studying Or Both!
I do this every Friday when I have a few campaigns I think are worth putting here. Wow is this a slow time for campaigns.
I will not say much negative about a campaign. If there is too much or it is going to fail, I won’t post it here. Also, I am not posting campaigns that are only for very pretty books. They are not good examples to study and unless you are a collector of the genre or author, not worth backing.
And for those wondering where I get off judging Kickstarter campaigns by fiction writers, I have now done 60 of them, every one funded and made money. My first campaign was in the very early days of Kickstarter. But if yoy are going to study campaigns that I have done, study the last year or so. I am continuing to learn.
I will also not post any campaign that uses AI for anything. Why should I promote garbage done by lazy people?

NEW THIS WEEK
The Sea Queen’s Key: Cozy Special Edition Mermaid Fantasy by R. S. Kellogg
Fire-wielding college student faces a rogue ice queen to save her city. Elemental magic, steampunk culture, complex cast. Myths alive!
Rebecca Kellogg is a professional writer and also does some of the most beautiful Kickstarters I have seen. For my taste, she way over explains everything, but wow it is all there with a ton of beautiful illustrations. Over the years I have read a lot of Rebecca’s writing and this book looks great and worth the read, either in the reading edition or the really beautiful special edition. Worth backing and studying.
