Keeping the Streak…
Eleven Years Ago I Started This Blog Streak… Somehow, as of the first of August, I will have managed to not miss a night in all those years. Not one. I have no idea how I have managed that. So tonight I am tired, only surviving on 5 hours sleep and a nap, so I am posting this quick note to keep my streak alive. And I will be back here at noon West Coast time to tell you the Pulphouse Fiction Magazine 2023 Subscription Drive Kickstarter is launched. Pulphouse is going monthly. Need your help on the subscription drive to really get the new monthly off the ground. See…

Pulphouse Going Monthly
New Kickstarter Starting Tuesday at Noon! I have been putting some final touches on the Pulphouse Kickstarter campaign and I added in a picture of me and Kris from 1988, the year after we started Pulphouse. Then it dawned on me that I had been involved in or around Pulphouse for 36 years. Of course, Kris and I shut down the company in 1996 and didn’t bring Pulphouse Fiction Magazine back until 2017, but still, that is a long time. You can get you name on the followers page to be notified when the campaign launches. Cick Here… And some great special workshops offered only twice and only through the…

Plus we have all sorts of great books and workshops and even some great merchandise this time. And as normal for us, no matter what product you back, you will get a six month subscription with it. The titles of the two special workshops really fit Pulphouse Fiction Magazine. Known and Strange Things is one three…

Coming Up With Titles
I Love Titles… Anyone who knows me knows I often start stories or novels with just a smashed-together bunch of half titles and fire up writing. But tonight I was coming up with Pulphouse Fiction Magazine anthology titles. Anthologies of stories from the pages of the magazine to use as stretch rewards for the new Pulphouse Fiction Magazine subscription drive Kickstarter we are putting together. Most of you know Pulphouse has been on a short break while I regained my eyesight. It is back, as much as it is coming back, so now Pulphouse can return. But with a nifty change. Pulphouse Fiction Magazine is going monthly. Yup, monthly, meaning…

Three Days Left… The Workshops
Going Over The Workshops in the Pulphouse Kickstarter Wow are there a lot of writer workshops available in this Pulphouse Fiction Magazine Subscription Drive 2022 Kickstarter Let me start with the two Special Workshops, only available for three more days. Both workshops are three-weeks long, are offered only twice, and the final weeks’ assignment for both workshops will be to write a short story that I will consider for Pulphouse (Not as submissions, just how I will look at the stories. If I thinks it will fit, he will tell you and you can send it to me if you want.) You have your choice of taking either three-week workshop starting…

Only Four Days Left in Pulphouse Subscription Drive!!!
Wow, This Has Gone By Quickly!! Pulphouse Fiction Magazine is just like any other magazine in one critical way. We need subscribers to stay alive. And that is what this Kickstarter subscription campaign is all about. Subscribers. Now granted, we sell copies and get subscriptions during the year, but not enough to stay afloat and pay the professional rates to all the authors. As the editor, I don’t take a salary, and the work at WMG Publishing is folded into the overall costs of running the business. But we won’t do a project if the project does not pay professional rates to the authors. Period. So that is what this…

Kickstarter Workshops
The Pulphouse Fiction Magazine Kickstarter Has Great Writing Perks! A lot of our different Kickstarter campaigns have writers workshops and class perks. Our current Pulphouse Fiction Magazine Subscription 2020 Kickstarter seems to have some really great ones. For example, not only can you get two major Lifetime Subscriptions at half price, but you can also get 3 Regular Workshops, 3 Pop-Up classes, or 3 Classic Workshops at half price. And with each one you get a year’s subscription to Pulphouse. In the Stretch Rewards, if we make them all, you will get the following new Pop-Up Classes worth $150 each for no cost. Just for supporting the Pulphouse Magazine campaign…

Fixed Some Stuff
My Site Is A Fraction Better… All the stuff across the top of this site now directs to full pages. Fiction, Series Reading Order, Nonfiction and so on. All link now to full pages with buy buttons and a ton of information, and all up to date. That’s a stunner. And many of the books are in our own WMG store. Not all, but as we do new, they get put in there, and the old books are added when we touch them. What I also found fun today was when I saw the image of all the issues of Pulphouse Fiction Magazine so far. I hope everyone knows we…
