Story Fourteen and Cats
Another Fun Day…
I didn’t get much packing in today because of meetings and the workshop going on here and so on. But I did spend a bunch of time clearing out a ton of things that could be tossed away. It was garbage day and recycling day and I found a bunch of stuff. So that was sort of moving today.
The Day
Got up around eleven and made it to WMG around 1 p.m. to help get the Fantasy Workshop started. Then meetings on the topic of the next blog. Then I did the stores and banking running around, then back to work in my office and eat late lunch there until 7:30.
Headed for the house at 10 p.m. after the workshop let out. I did email, then the workshop assignments and watched a little television with dinner. Then I got to the writing computer around 1 a.m.
Story #14…
I had Marble Grant last night deal with homeless in Vegas, so tonight, as I sat down, I realized she and her ghost agent partner had never dealt with robbery. So off I went. Very unusual for me to start with even that much of an idea. Felt odd, actually. (grin)
Again tonight I didn’t feel like I dared stand up for a break because I am so tired, I might just wonder off to bed. Only so much will power a guy has, so I again wrote this in one sitting.
By 2:30 a.m. I was done with 1,900 words.
I put the title on it “Models’ Four ” which really fit and I liked it.
