A quote that fits my challenges and also the Mindset workshop that just started.

“It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

Yup, exactly. Problem is that is you believe something is impossible, you make decisions to make sure the impossible belief is true.

So, for example, my challenge is to do 52 collections this year, all ten stories each. No repeating stories. Impossible, right?

Basically publish one collection per week. I am five weeks in and tonight I put together the 7th collection. I should have ten collections (100 stories) done by tomorrow night with covers for all ten.

A couple learning curves ahead of me, but by ten weeks in all ten collections should be published and of course I will be working on the next bunch at the same time. I will be doing every detail, from layout to uploading.

So as you set your goals and start thinking about the new year, keep in mind that quote.

“It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

One day at a time chews up a lot of ground.

And by the way, we are finally getting some beautiful trophies here and I will have pictures. The writers that hit that in 2024 will get them first (I will contact each of you) and then after the first of the year, the writers who hit the goal in 2025 will get them.
